INDEPENDENT PLUS
For independent residents who need some additional assistance to keep
them independent.
Scheduled personal services as determined by need and resident wishes up to 15 hours per month (such as bathing, bed making, escort to meals, assistance with medications). Individual can manage, with support, in their “own home”.
ASSISTANCE “A”
Additional personal support and services provided (up to 30 hours per
month) if needs change. Individual can manage, with support, in their
“own home”.
ASSISTANCE “B”
Increased personal support and services (up to 45 hours per month). Individual
can manage, with support, in their “own home”.
CARE “A” or “B”
Full care and service dependent on the complexity of resident need. Resident
can no longer manage their own care.
